I'm Morteza Karimi, a Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer based in Tehran. I specialize in migrating legacy workflows to modern JavaScript stacks and building ERP platforms that teams can trust every day.

I lead with clarity and code quality. Whether I'm architecting a NestJS backend, shipping a Next.js frontend, or mentoring developers, I focus on measurable outcomes — fewer manual steps, faster releases, and systems that stay maintainable as they grow.

Outside of engineering, I enjoy reading, exploring new ideas, and spending time with my three cats. Curiosity away from the keyboard keeps my problem-solving sharp when I'm back at it.
